Bak Fu Pai or White Tiger Style
Bak Fu Pai or White Tiger Style is an internal martial art from China. It is said to be one of the most mysterious and secretive styles and includes very deadly techniques. Bak Fu Pai features distinct relaxed, centered and rooted postures to issue maximum force with minimal effort. Its soft movements primarily focus on self-defence which allows its practitioner to study the body's natural mechanics in full detail.
While teaching a person self defence, Bak Fu Pai also bestows upon its practitioner a healthier body, both externally and internally. Its slow, systemized movements gives the practitioner a refreshing feeling towards body and mind.
The White Tiger style of Kung Fu was created by Fung Do Duk, one of the five elders who survived the destruction of the Henan Shaolin Temple in 1647. He passed the art on to Doo Tin Yin. His descendant, Doo Wai, is the current Grandmaster of the style.
